Bill began working in the sewing industry in 1963, as a technician for Singer Sewing Company and worked there until 1980 when he and his first wife Katie, opened up their own business of selling and servicing sewing machines and vacuums.  They sold their business in 2008, due to the failing health of Katie.  He and his wife Connie have owned and operated Hutchinson Sewing Center and Vacuum for 9 years.  We currently service most brands and models of sewing machines and vacuums. ​

Loren and BJ Parsons both are employed by Hutchinson Sewing Center & Vacuum, BJ as Sales Consultant and instructor, and her husband Loren, as a Certified Bernina Technician.  They owned their own sewing machine and vacuum company for 14 years.

Sharis Ballard also serves Hutchinson Sewing Center and Vacuum as a Sales Consultant and comes to us with many years of experience in sewing and quilting.
